The Story

Eat, Pray, Poison imagines an unlikely sisterhood behind Rome's most infamous poisoning ring: from a humble Sicilian caravan to a lavish conservatory garden, from a bumbling murder attempt at a Palermo inn to the interrogation hall of the Tor di Nona. It's an origin story that belongs to all of them—the fortune teller who started it, the star-crossed lovers, the uptight nanny, the compassionate hooker, and the girl who ended up in a noose.
Darkly funny and furious, Eat, Pray, Poison asks: When every lawful door is closed, what do you do when you're locked out with a garden full of Belladonna?
